Your pads come with a 2 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal recommended usage on sand, grass, gravel, mud, rocky terrains and snow. To register your EZ-Walk purchase, please fill out the pre-addressed warranty card included with your shipment, make a copy for yourself and and return to American Ventures, Ltd. You may also scan this card and return it via email to: info@thesandpad.com.

The SandPad / EZ-Walk is NOT a rental item. Please review product specs regarding cane and crutch fitting and note that all product returns will incur an inspection to determine if the merchandise has been used.

If you do choose to return your product, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization. In cases where unused merchandise is authorized for return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee will be applied. Please review the product specs and our front page video to see the SandPad / EZ-Walk in use to determine if it would meet your needs before incurring return shipping fees.

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a product defect issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at our Customer Support email. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

• Single packs are for CANES use only and include tape strip adapters for 0.75 inch cane stems less than 1 inch diameter.

• Paired packages are for CRUTCH use only. For canes, please order our single pack which includes tape strip adaptors for cane stems less than 1” inch diameter.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. 

After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
